RE-EVALUATION


All active diplomates (founding, de-facto and regular) of the College are required to provide documentation of continuous education at specified intervals. The Council will change the status of any diplomate who fails to fulfil this requirement to ‘non-practising’. The details of the re-evaluation requirements are as follows and Diplomates who need to be re-evaluated will be contacted through the ECLAM Secretariat to fill out the respective forms.
