2010 was a year of celebrations for other reasons. Last year marked the 10th anniversary of ECLAM, an achievement which was duly celebrated at the ESLAV 11th Scientific Meeting held in partnership with LAVA and ComVet AFSTAL in September in Toulouse.
On behalf of Council and this year's editor, Ghislaine Poirier, I am attaching the latest ECLAM Newsletter for your attention. It includes topics such as, 10th anniversary of ECLAM in 2010, Greetings from a new Diplomate, ESLAV, ECLAM, EEF and this year's scientific meeting in Toulouse, Status of the revision of the European Directive, Nominations or self nominations needed to keep ECLAM up and running for you.
At the beginning of this year there were several changes on ECLAM Council. Tim Morris, Vera Baumans, Philippe Baneux and Patri Vergara all retired after several years of intensive participation in the running of the College. Indeed, Tim and Vera were involved from the outset, as members of the Organising Committee of ECLAM and subsequently as Founding Diplomates. Our thanks go to all four colleagues for their support and commitment to the College.
